Phakelumthakathi just issued a warning – and a plea – to foreign nationals operating in South Africa.

"We are one thousand steps ahead of the government. We are one thousand steps ahead of the people lying to you."

He said:

"You can't have a business in South Africa with a work permit. The law doesn't allow it."

"You are not educating South Africans to run your businesses – you are keeping them as followers."

"Social responsibility means you empower people. You promote them. You grow them."

"We know when you came into this country without papers – because Home Affairs is involved."

"We have seventy million South Africans. Almost a million men ready to stop these businesses."

"But we don't want to do that. We want a peaceful solution."

"The time is coming. I don't care – and I'm saying it in front of the police."

He is offering a peaceful way out.

He is saying: we know what you are doing, we know where you come from, and we know what you are hiding.

But we want to fix this country without violence.

Respect our laws. Empower our people. Or face the consequences.

This is a warning from a man who loves his country.

In Kempton Park CBD Laerskool Kreft Primary School. Allegedly 85% of the learners are foreigners. The administrators are forced to admit and register them without proper documentation. It is sad because we are often told to ask South Africans for proper documents and if they do not have, they are turned back. Sources from the school.

Normalize Suing Home Affairs for Identity Theft. It is time to normalise suing the Department of Home Affairs once you discover they have sold your identity. If your ID or passport has been fraudulently used to register a business, a marriage, or a passport, you must come forward. You must raise your voice. You must hold them accountable.

Let us organise. Let us set up a group an organised body of South Africans whose identities have been stolen. Let us find a law firm willing to take this case to court, because this is not just a crime, it is a betrayal. The state has failed to protect us, and now we must force them to act. We must sue not just the officials, but the entire state the government that allows this to happen.

The law is clear, if the state fails in its duty to protect you, you have the right to seek justice. And we will. We will not be silent. We will not accept this!
