Making a call out to the broad range of humanitarian groups and businesses out there. Anything anyone can do to help out this non-profit who had specialized racing wheelchairs stolen that were in a trailer? #differentnotless#nonprofits#autismdad
@BofA_News As a parent of 2 Neurodiverse children and also an employee of the Bank, I am super proud of the work that Craig and the rest of the Bank has done to bring attention to the benefits and talents of Neurodiverse individuals. I am honored to work with so many fellow ND teammates!
Being a #GreatPlaceToWork means creating a space where all talent can thrive. Craig Froelich offers his thoughts on the importance of supporting our neurodiverse employees so that we can all benefit from innovative thinking. https://t.co/GYMKlEuTgN

@H3KTlC It's always important to try different roles. As many have said role A with company A may be completely different than role A at company B and any combination beyond that.
To me its just as important to move laterally to expand your breadth of knowledge and experience.
@H3KTlC Have conversations with other teams. Express your interests to learn and find out more about their role or their function and day to day. If you have extra cycles volunteer to do some grunt work with those other teammates. Find the inefficiencies they have and research how to fix
@H3KTlC That's part of the exercise if you ask me. In real world scenarios you will not have time to prep or organize. The phone will ring and its go time. The more you can learn to live in the uncomfortable the better you will do. Remember it's not always about being perfect.
A diverse team of thinkers makes us stronger, and these neurodivergent teammates are proof of that.

@BofA_News@craigfroelich This is awesome seeing my teammates and office neighbors I work with and even more gratifying as a father to a child on the spectrum. I have learned so much from them about my son and about myself frankly from them being theirselves at work.... So proud to be a part of this team!
I would ask/beg/plead that you watch the video and it would be even better if you donate your time and or money to a very good cause. Thx @tmildenhall for introducing me.
@MarkRober Thanks for putting this together Mark! This is the other side of Autism that most of us know but the rest of the world never gets a chance to see or experience. Laughs from my son are how I feel he tells us how much he loves us.
I just released the most personal video I will ever make about my son with special needs. Took us two years to feel comfortable releasing it cause he’s my only kid and this is the internet. Please watch it (link below) and consider sharing/donating. Love, Mark. #ColorTheSpectrum
