@AlaskaAir what time is flight 582 departing Palm Springs? My App says departing at 5:05pm and boarding at 6:50pm. Gate agent said not before 7:30 based on having to DRIVE a part from LAX. Please help.

@AlaskaAir It’s not the app. I called customer service and they also said 5:05. We raced back to the airport in the middle of our meal and the gate still says 5:05.

Our gate agent told me they asked to update it and were told no.
