Wiser choices are made, even mid race, when we take a moment to pause and reflect. Stop everything else that we are doing and gather our thoughts.

If in doubt, pause and reflect it out.

Do not allow the scale of life around you to make you feel small. And don't shrink yourself just because others puff themselves up.

We can learn alot from ants.
