@Telegraph Trump is correct. NATO and the EU said explicitly after the fall of the Berlin Wall that NATO would not move an inch eastwards. But they did and kept going. Ukraine was Russia’s red line. There’s no doubt that the US neocons and Ukraine provoked this conflict.
