PrEP is a pill that, taken as prescribed, makes HIV close to impossible to catch through sex. Doxy-PEP is an antibiotic you take after sex that massively cuts your odds of the big bacterial infections, syphilis and chlamydia especially. Neither one is a gay medication, because there is no such thing as a gay medication. The virus and the bacteria do not check who you sleep with. And no, they don't cover everything. Nothing covers everything. But for HIV specifically, PrEP protects you better than condoms do, and let's be honest about condoms: most people claim they use them, and most people are lying. You don't have to be gay to get a prescription. You don't have to have a lot of sex. You could have sex once a year and still deserve to be protected for it. Ask your doctor about it. If your doctor gets weird about the question, that tells you something about your doctor, not about you. Find a different one. This is some of the best medicine of my lifetime, and half the population has been talked out of it by a stigma that was never about science in the first place.

Its been really difficult this past month for me BUT we are making it count!

Finally went back to the doctor and dentist after almost 10 years not going - so far we are healthy!!! No cavities and I am back on anxiety medication!!! My dieting and weight loss journey i started mid last year has definitely helped, and I am happy with my new routines (i dont have insurance tho so they BEAT my pockets up LMAO but we were able to afford all of it no real issue, thanks to all of yall who stream my music💜)

Also we are a little over a MONTH sober - putting the weed and grabba down for the first time in EVER has been a challenge but I am breathing clearer and moving better, gonna keep smoke out of my body for the time being and switch to edibles/tinctures whenever I feel like jumping back in - if I can take a tolerance break so can u!!!

Just wanted to share this update for the one time, I wanna be around for as long as possible creating and performing for yall so im not playing with my health 2026 and onward
