@UEDCLTD @ERA_Uganda or, the rate of charge is determined at the first time depending on the total units a consumer is buying?. E.g if I am buying 30 units, you charge me 779.4/ unit, and if ia ma buying like 90 units, you charge me 412/ units?. Please give me more explanation about that point.

@UEDCLTD @ERA_Uganda I am somehow confused about the rates; Forexample, about the Domestic consumers, how will you know that this month someone is going to use such total units,then you charge him according to those different rates?, because we pay in advance before the usage?
