A pranzo da amici vaccinati, lei ad un certo punto fa "ma tutti questi morti di cancro, io credo siano i vaccini, muore gente dappertutto".
Chi non è stupido, se ne accorge.
Saturated does lead to heart disease, it isn't harmful and doesn't raise triglycerides.
The real issue is with carbohydrates, especially refined sugars and processed foods.
Excess carbs get converted to fat (triglycerides) by your liver.
Sugar isn't the great villain it's made out to be. In the right context your body handles it fine, burns through it, and moves on. Eat it, spike, crash, and by teatime it's gone.
Seed oils are patient. They move in and stay. Built into the walls of your cells, folded into your fat, sitting in tissue that barely turns over for years.
A bad week of sugar costs you a bad week. A bad week of seed oils could still be lodged in your cells, quietly doing damage, in 2030.
Sugar is a hangover. Seed oils are a mortgage.
People say carnivore lacks variety.
They're right. It's painfully limited, confined to nothing but:
- Beef, lamb, pork, chicken, turkey, duck, goose
- Salmon, tuna, mackerel, sardines, cod, halibut, shrimp, crab
- Eggs from half a dozen different birds
- Cheese, butter, cream, milk
- Liver, kidney, heart, tongue, bone marrow
Meanwhile the classic bodybuilding plan offers a rich and varied culinary journey:
- Chicken breast
- Rice
- Broccoli
- The same chicken breast, now gone cold
- Brown rice, for when you're feeling adventurous
- More broccoli
- A scoop of powder mixed with water, eaten over the sink at 6am
Eaten off the same Tupperware, six times a day, every day, for sixteen weeks.
The choice is clear.
Back in the 1970s and 1980s, researchers started investigating whether diet could influence skin cancer development.
They weren’t trying to prove seed oils were harmful. In fact, polyunsaturated fats were already viewed quite favourably.
What surprised them was what happened when they changed the type of fat the mice were eating.
The skin cancer outcomes changed dramatically.
That led to a series of studies looking at dietary fat, UV damage, immune function, omega 6 versus omega 3 fats, and linoleic acid levels in skin tissue.
The idea that emerged was simple:
What if the fats stored in skin cells influence how the skin responds to UV radiation?
Public health messaging eventually settled on a much simpler explanation: UV causes skin cancer, so avoid UV.
But these researchers were asking a different question.
If two groups receive the same UV exposure, why do they get different outcomes?
In these mouse studies, the answer appeared to be diet.
The more polyunsaturated fat in the diet, the worse the UV induced skin cancer outcome.
Why did this line of investigation never became part of mainstream skin cancer advice?
Bessent - Please listen! VZ and Iran!!!
THIS IS YUGE!!! THE WORLD IS CHANGING!!!
"THE NEW VENEZUELA...invoicing in dollars.....coming back to the dollar system"
"The Iranian negotiations, the Iranians will be invoicing in dollars..."
"Russia will want to come back in the dollar system..."
Your pineal gland is the gateway.
They mocked it.
They buried it in noise and dogma.
Tried to dull it, but never could erase it.
Because it’s more than a gland.
It’s where perception goes deeper than sight.
Where awareness sharpens beyond the surface.
And every culture, in its own way, knew it mattered.

🚨🚨Oh yes, he did!🚨🚨
HUGE:
The US Postmaster General has just told Congress that the Post Office WILL NOT deliver mail-in ballots in the 2026 midterms to states who refuse to comply with President Trump's election integrity executive order
This order makes sure mail-in recipients are CITIZENS and are who they say they are — on top of making mail-in voting more secure.

The price for a barrel of oil today is $70.
Usually when it's $70 the price for a gallon of gas in Washington State (where I'm at) is $2.80-$3.50.
Well, today it's $4.79.
Gas companies are RIPPING US OFF.
In the driest desert on earth sits a mountain of discarded clothes so vast you can pick it out from space. Most of it is the synthetic fabric sold as fashion's future.
Here is where your wardrobe goes to not die.
- Tens of thousands of tonnes are dumped in Chile's Atacama every year, shipped in from Europe and North America, much of it never worn, tags still on
- A great deal is polyester and acrylic, plastic made from petroleum, the very fibres marketed as the conscious choice
- The rich world sends it here precisely to keep the mess off its own soil. The donated and the unsold alike end up in the sand
- In the bone-dry air it cannot rot, so it is torched instead, the toxic smoke of burning polyester drifting into the poor towns nearby
- Buried or burned, it bleeds microplastics, dye and petrochemicals into the ground and air for two centuries.
Plastic clothing was sold as the planet-friendly option and became a mountain in a desert, glowing on satellite photos and smoking over people's homes. Wool would have gone quietly back into the soil. This just sits there, refusing to leave.
🚨 HOLY CRAP! After launching a DOJ investigation, President Trump calls out BY NAME oil companies for "price gouging" Americans at the pump
"It's ExxonMobil, it's Chevron, it's Shell, it's BP, it's a lot of them!"
"The oil prices have been coming down so much, and we are NOT seeing anything at the pump by comparison to what it should be. We should be, in my opinion, at $2.25 right now at the pump. And we're higher than that!"
"And we are doing a big investigation on it, you know. They're not reducing the prices commensurate with what's happening. Look, we are sending out, think of it, 19 million barrels came out of it."
"DON'T GOUGE OUR PEOPLE."
🚨Two really strong earthquakes hit Venezuela.
Reports say 7.2 and 7.5.
Trump said USA is ready to send help.
This is really horrible, i've been through one of those in 2020 personally, but our infrastructure is much better than that in Venezuela so it left smaller amount of damage.
Phisical damage is not the only result however, it can create a serious PTSD which lasts for years and years after the event.
It's a horrible shock to go through something like this.
Prayers for the People of Venezuela.

It's come out that Barack Obama ordered the RAID on Mar-A-Lago.
When he wasn't President.
Biden was.
What gave Obama the right.
I think it's time for the second ex-POTUS to face court challenges.
It's BEYOND time for Obama to get his.
Trump is now pressuring the Senate GOP to pass the SAVE America Act. This tells me that we are getting close.
It’s time for the Senate GOP to put up or shut up. Either they deliver for the American People now, or Trump will be forced to explore the “Executive option”.
It doesn’t really matter to me. I know that one way or the other, the 2026 election will be secure, because it’s a matter of National Security, as we are under assault from within via a corrupt conspiracy/insurrection who wish to overthrow the United States of America, and POTUS confirmed he is willing to handle it himself if has to.
It would be much better optically for the Senate GOP to pass this into law and for Trump to not have to do it the Executive way, but I’m at the point where I don’t give a rat’s ass. Trump is going to save this nation, whether anyone likes it or not, and anyone who thinks he does not have the power or authority to do so, is mistaken.
What people think the Mediterranean Diet is:
- Whole grains
- Olive oil
- A rainbow of vegetables
- One brave little sardine
- Moral superiority, plated
What people around the Mediterranean actually eat:
- Lamb at every wedding, every funeral, and most ordinary Tuesdays
- Pork in roughly fifteen forms, half of them cured
- Prosciutto, salami, pancetta, 'nduja, and a dozen cousins Sainsbury's has never heard of
- Oily fish several times a week
- Eggs, butter, cream and animal fat as the base of nearly everything
- Cheese in volumes that would frighten your doctor
- Full-fat yoghurt thick enough to stand a spoon in
The French eat around twenty-six kilos of cheese each per year, put away more saturated fat than Americans do, and still die of heart disease at roughly a third of the American rate, while quietly outliving them by years.
The version sold in the glossy books is the photogenic tenth of what they put away.
The olive oil is real. The rest was quietly edited out.
