And as we all know, Maxx "C" with nine counters is still really good, what's another crippling weakness?

@MBTYuGiOh Having enjoyed Ishizu format where a Herald plus a miller against Maxx "C" can be somewhere between a +2 to a +15, I think most of the card can remain the same but add this one condition to it

"If your opponent negated Maxx 'C', they can draw 10 cards"
