@Testadude@AnniesBackAgain One solution is to raise the retirement age proportionate to our increased lifespans. The second solution is to means test payments but blaming Boomers is just unfair. They paid into the system and have done nothing that GenZers wouldn’t have done in the same situation.
@criticalhitsTV@CaseforNormal@MattWalshBlog Jane Doe is accusing these boys of a very serious crime, which if untrue is unconscionable. However, it’s also true that they behaved disgracefully, and if they’d behaved with honor, they wouldn’t be in this situation. I am capable of holding two compatible positions at once.
@CaseyDoe8@WestsideLAGuy No judgment. It’s true that no one “needs” to get married, or have children and grandchildren. But honestly, what is the purpose of one’s life without them? And what kind of society are we left with?
@SalmonHorizon@tulipvirtues Neither actually. I just believe that the blood of Jesus Christ washes away all of our sins; and it’s not my place to judge OP. Your statements about God and forgiveness/forgetting were simply not rooted in scripture, so I felt compelled to point that out.
@SalmonHorizon@tulipvirtues That’s actually not true.
Isaiah 43:25: God says He blots out transgressions and remembers sins no more. Psalm 103:12: He removes our sins as far as the east is from the west. Hebrews 8:12: He promises to forgive wickedness and remember sins no more.
@AdolfinaHortler@Cr7Godbrand So women have no accountability for anything, is that what you’re really saying? I think you’re digging an awfully deep hole for yourself here. My sense is you’re too smart to take that position.
@AdolfinaHortler@Cr7Godbrand Historical data shows that female monarchs in Europe were actually 27% more likely to wage war than male monarchs between 1480 and 1913.
@AdolfinaHortler@Cr7Godbrand Well, you now seem to be promoting the “force doctrine”, namely that women's rights and autonomy exist solely through the permission or benevolence of men. Is that your intention?
@AdolfinaHortler@Cr7Godbrand Oh I agree, but you stated that “men are the drivers of war” and that is objectively untrue. It suggests that when women are placed in positions of power, they behave no better than men and arguably worse. Do you disagree? If so, can you provide us with the evidence?
