5. Content interface testing - their security software has an interface which interprets these configuration file updates. They will be testing this interface for various bugs, finding new ways it can break so they can patch up these problems.
4. Stability testing - they will now be testing out how stable their entire product is when various parts of the system breaks down. This kind of #ChaosTesting will help them uncover previously unknown bugs present in their software.

@santipen Openphone doesn't make it clear or not if they include SMS with their plans, closest I could find was they had Zapier integration. I looked at a few more
@santipen Hey! Trying to find a decent VOIP provider was surprisingly annoying. Maybe add this as a category to thepixel? It seems like google voice the the cheapest offering for unlimited calls in U.S. + a phone number + unlimited SMS in the U.S.
@santipen Well my first instinct was Skype, but that was one of the most frustrating CXs I've ever had. It's turned into a complex mess with a confusing purchase process.
