Purchased some @Carvela shoes from @houseoffraser . The sticker on the shoes said £139, but I was charged £169 and given the explanation of 'wrong sticker price'. Shoddy and Unacceptable. Surely the price on the shoe is the price the customer is charged. #CustomerService

@ChatimeUK terrible customer services at Brunswick Sq branch. Not welcoming at all and very cold towards customers.

@wrapitupwraps awful service at the Goodge Street branch today at approx 2:15pm. Wiped counter w/sponge and then without changing gloves prepared my wrap! 🤢. Manhandled everything with those same gloves on. All ingredients weren't out/available. No tomatoes for me.

@JLcustserv I wasn't able to get both names, but it was at approximately 2pm on 14th May at the Clarins counter at John Lewis Westfield London. JL is usually my one stop shop for this type of stuff, but i left and went to a different store after my experience. DM if more info reqd.

@johnlewisretail @clarins_uk underwhelmed by my experience at @westfieldlondon today! I seemed to know more about the products than the counter staff. @johnlewisretail is usually my preferred place to shop, but not this time!

I then went to @BootsUK at @westfieldlondon, counter was unmanned, waited around for someone to approach me, but that didn't happen. I had to help myself to products I needed and then had to ask someone from a diff counter to put it through.

Excellent service at the HW branch of @Metro_Bank by Nick D on a Bank Holiday. He explained details clearly and concisely and talked through the different types of accounts available and the process of opening an account and a safe keeping box! @MetroBank_Help

@CostaCoffee Charged £2.70 for a regular Mocha at store 625, when the price behind the counter specifically stated the price for a 'Mocha / Cortoda' as £2.35. Staff said the price for a regular Costa wasn't at the board - which I find hard to believe. https://t.co/FVMCoirTYT
