The President stated that Nkabinde cannot claim he assumed that ANC comrades were called to the meeting to discuss illegal mining. The CIC explained that Nkabinde told the House the Minister had said he must call Brown Mogotsi because he wanted to meet with other ANC comrades to discuss illegal mining.
