What’s more, in the first year of the project, almost 40,000 have received an eye screening, not just for Trachoma but other eye conditions including Cataract and Refractive Error, and 1120 frontline workers have received vital training to find those with vision loss.

Thanks to the support of @qatar_fund the @QCV_Sight programme in Ethiopia is bringing much needed equity to eye care, with 73% of those receiving surgery for the advanced stage of the condition being women!
