Recently, we performed mock-up testing at the Central Lincoln PUD project! Our time onsite included water penetration testing. The new headquarters is being built to withstand extreme weather conditions, such as winter storms and a major earthquake.

QED/C kicked off our Ladies Spring & Summer Golf Series at the Edgefield course last week! With the annual company golf tournament approaching, our ladies are preparing to take the crown this year.

We recently completed our 1,000th(!) commercial air barrier test!!
Our 1000th test was the Vancouver Waterfront Block 1 project in Vancouver, WA, on Apr. 30, 2026.

#TBT to testing Art Tower in 2020-2022! Art Tower is a mixed-use high-rise in Portland that features 314 units and 4,000 SF of retail space. The apartment's amenities include, but are not limited to, an art gallery, performance stages, several lounges, and a fitness center.

Today, we are testing at the Julia West project in Portland! Julia West will be National Green Building Standard & Energy Star certified. The 12-story high-rise will be the tallest mass timber building in Oregon.

Today, we are performing water penetration testing at the Vancouver Waterfront Block 1 project! The 7-story bldg will have 194 apt units, 3 townhomes, retail spaces, & an open courtyard on lvl 3.

Last week on Wednesday, we hosted a Kickball game and Food Drive! We had team members, friends, and family all come together to have fun and collect donations for the East County Food Pantry. Today, our team dropped the donations off and volunteered!

QED's "U.S. Map of States We've Tested In" recently got two more stickers - Wyoming and Colorado! Project Managers Bill Wilson and Jason Arts got to add the stickers for the states in which they led testing. Congrats team!

QED's Summer Food Drive has started! We are collecting non-perishable food donations through July 31, 2025. Drop off is at our office any time between 9 am and 5 pm, or contact [email protected] to coordinate pick-up arrangements. All donations go to the East County Food Pantry.
