As steering committee suggested, the organizing committee decide to postpone the deadline of paying the early-bird registration fee with PayPal. Now the new deadline is Dec 13, 2019. Please note that this change is made only for PayPal payers.

@QuantumMemeing Alipay Tour Pass is an alternatively method if applying a Wechat account is too annoying. The drawback is that you need to repeat the deposit-and-pay protocol for three times. But trust me, you will find it very useful having Wechat Pay or Alipay while travelling in China.🙂

You could save some balance in the Pass because when you are travelling in China you use Alipay instead of cash most of the time.

Just confirmed with Ant Financial about Alipay Tourpass. The following are the official information:
1. One person could only apply for one Tourpass prepaid card;

So the suggested payment method is: Apply for an Alipay Tour Pass prepaid card. Deposit the card with 2000RMB and make the full transaction. Repeat this until the registration fee is paid completely.

About online payment with credit cards: We are very sorry that because of financial regulation, it is too difficult to obtain the qualification for credit card online transaction. However, you can still use credit cards to pay the registration fee onsite.
