Former U.S. Naval Intelligence officer Milton William Cooper alleged that President John F. Kennedy was killed by Secret Service agent William Greer — the driver of the presidential limousine — rather than Lee Harvey Oswald acting alone.

In 2001, just weeks before the attacks, Cooper predicted that a major terrorist strike on a U.S. city would occur and that Osama bin Laden would be immediately blamed for it. He warned:

“Something terrible is going to happen... and whatever happens, they’re going to blame it on Osama bin Laden. Don’t believe it.”

William Cooper was killed later that same year, only months after making the prediction.
