I was at a recent investment banking seminar focused on Colorado; the biggest investment bank in America and people in the room gave a very clear message: do not put new money into the state.
Their reasons:
• The political and regulatory environment got an F.
• Fees and taxes together create one of the highest overall burdens in the country.
• The advice was not “be careful in certain sectors.” It was avoid all new investment.

In normal terms: the Colorado political system is toxic to Wall Street. And you may not care, but no investment means no new business or taxes. Where do the Democrats go? More taxes, and more businesses flee, no jobs, teachers, social services. In 1-Party rule the Democrats solution is more NGOs, but they don’t create anything, they drain everything. There is no Colorado law and no legal precedent that protects election officials from being charged under federal law if they knowingly let noncitizens vote in federal elections.
States handle the day-to-day running of elections. But the rule that only U.S. citizens can vote for federal offices is federal law, and it still applies. Griswold is pretending this is some illegal federal takeover when it is just basic enforcement of a long-standing rule. Trump’s Election Dump is interesting and one thing that really sticks out is Billionaires do run America. They decide who gets elected.

Open Society Foundations and Soros-linked philanthropy have poured millions into election-related software, infrastructure, audits, and security groups — including funding paths to VotingWorks, Free & Fair, Democracy Works, OSET Institute, and RLA tools used in Colorado. These vendors and nonprofits developed or maintain key audit, registration, and security components for CO elections. While not directly “writing” core tabulation code (Dominion/Clear Ballot), the funding ecosystem influences standards, training, and priorities.

This creates ZERO TRANSPARENCY: grants that shape “nonpartisan” tools while voter rolls, data layers, and predictive scoring remain impossible to fully audit. ERIC’s state-funded model still ties back to early Pew/Open Society-adjacent modernization efforts. No single billionaire — left or right — should fund the referees in a system meant for citizens.

Findings: Public grants confirm influence over the apparatus. CO’s RLA software and security research trace to this network. Real problems (roll maintenance, adjudication transparency) persist despite certification. Billionaire philanthropy bypasses accountability voters can’t match.

Fix: Full disclosure of political grants, independent code review, paper trails, strict vendor firewalls, and limits on dark money in election infrastructure. Elections belong to the people — not donor class networks.
