We were pleased to see the club implement a number of SAB suggestions, including rewards for child season ticket holders, to help lessen the impact, despite not being in agreement on all aspects of the new season ticket prices.

The SAB will provide initial feedback to the club in the room, with a chance to share collated feedback at a later date if required. Where the SAB doesn’t agree with the club, alternative suggestions are put forward wherever possible. All final decisions are made by the club. 2/2

What is shared in meetings?

Every meeting is different, but generally the club will share updates, ideas or questions with the SAB for our feedback. Some information is highly sensitive and cannot be shared outside of the meeting. 1/2

Who attends meetings from the club?

Meetings are attended by the Chief Executive (Christian Nourry), the Supporter Relations Manager and the Marketing & Supporter Services Assistant. The Commercial Director has also been present when discussing financial decisions. 1/2

How often does the SAB meet with the club?

We have around three face-to-face meetings with the club per season. These meetings are called by the club, who suggest an agenda. The SAB are able to add items to the agenda. 1/2

Depending on the nature of your enquiry, we may:

- raise it in a formal meeting with the club

- use it to help shape the feedback the SAB provides to the club between meetings

- share it directly with the Supporter Relations Manager at QPR
