Terribly sad news that Sarah Fagan died during a triathlon in France. In her work as a pharmacist in the @HSELive, she has been dedicated in pursuit of patient safety, quality improvement and better care. She was a wonderful helpful colleague and such a lovely person. RIP Sarah
