It’s not hard to understand. Boomers have made billions from property over the last 40 years.

Mortgages today are 3x the portion of a couples’ income compared to the 1980s.

We need to take money out of property and put it into the real economy!

That boomer on 29k was paying almost 32% tax vs 21.75% for today's buyer.
Cost of servicing a mortgage was more than 2.5 times higher than in 2026 for same $ debt.
And then they had to survive the job losses of mid 80s thru mid 90s.
