Join us at our Improvement Network 16/2 10-11am to explore why ‘Shared purpose’ is important for generating energy around change & how best to use the tools/techniques available. Get involved in the conversation & learn from shared experiences. #PennineCarePeople#PennineCareQI
Our pocket sized blanket restrictions cards are now ready. These have been made for staff members to keep so that all staff can be on the same page when it comes to our most asked questions about negotiable restrictions and so communication stays clear and consistent
Great progress by Chloe on her Change Champions project 🙌 Work will continue beyond the programme to measure the improvement, supported by Head of Nursing @kelly_bowden who attended the Celebratory Learning event #PennineCareQI
How to banish "initiative fatigue" & lead change. @xplane offers three tactics to shake things up, build momentum & create foundations for the kind of change that moves things forward:
1) Show don't tell: move everything from meeting minutes to everyday communications to visuals & open to public contribution
2) Make meetings into workshops: redesign closed, low energy, discussion-based meetings into collaborative workshops in which diverse people can work together to co-create solutions.
3) Show visible markers of progress: keep people informed & engaged for the long haul by using visual maps, visual indicators & visual stories
