The 6’7” junior forward from Cheney poured in 28 points in an overtime win over Andale, nearly 10 of those coming in the OT period, to help lift the Cardinals to another big victory. Thomas’ dominant performance earned him MVP honors at the Rupp Tournament, capping off an impressive run for Cheney. The Cardinals are rolling right now, winners of five straight, and have pushed their record to 10-6 on the season with momentum building at the right time. #sportsinkansas
