Naoya Inoue’s pro level bag work 🥊
Naoya "The Monster" Inoue builds his legendary knockout power and flawless stamina through a brutal, three-session daily training regimen designed by his father and coach, shingo Inoue.
From SP, TJ Dillashaw throws a rear leg inside low kick, before stepping back into orthodox. Dillashaw circles out to his right before subtly switching back to SP behind his little shuffle and cuts an inside angle, feints the big left straight to slot in his rear high kick.
Dillashaw flashes the jab to hide his drop shift, shifts again to get to his outside trip double. Drop shift collapses space and gives him the outside foot position, second shift gets the driving leg in place and squares Lineker’s hips
Terrence “Bud” Crawford in the earlier days as a pro 🔥‼️
This was when Bud’s career started getting attractive and he was starting to prove his worth. Bud has always been a spectacular fighter, he just needed the opportunities to prove it. What’s your opinion of him??

The reason Gaethje's jab was so effective? B/c he made a targeted effort to prevent Topuria from feinting or disguising his step-ins. Gaethje's jab wasn't just effective because it was active. The volume and deliberate timing as Topuria stepped in - feint or not - helped.
😢 U20 World Champion🥇Marcus BLAZE (USA) defeats U23 World Champion🥇Jax FORREST (USA) 5-2 in match 3 to claim the 61kg World Team Spot for USA 🇺🇸
This is a very interesting result - as in the NCAA season, Jax won Gold 🥇 while Marcus had a disappointing finish at 4th. But it seems Blaze’s style is much more freestyle savvy, and he’ll be a major contender to medal at the World Championships.
