I don’t find answers anywhere on the app or website, and I was tired getting nowhere with representatives. I don’t want to put negative reviews on Google or Yelp because they’re based on stores not the service, so I post this and hope people avoid choosing this company @Verizon .
Here are my questions: if you lost my payment method mysteriously on my previous bill, where does the return go to? Then if you had successfully charged me, why returned then tell me it can’t be charged? And in what type of transaction needs a $60 return fee?

After all i decided to tried one more time myself, still not working then I gave up. Then 2 weeks later at my bill day, Verizon notified me they “don’t have my payment method” so the bill can’t be changed. I fixed it immediately by adding my card info back, being charged also.

I have this notice from the Verizon app says there’ll be a discount if I apply my bank account at Autopay. Tried myself, discount never applied; then I reached out to the Verizon online representative for help, with remove my payment method back then added it back, no difference.

I had never, like ever post review/comments about services online, and I was only using my X as an entertainment platform, however I have to share my extremely frustrated and disappointed experience with Verizon @Verizon .

Guys, I think a lot of you are young and I’m not trying to tell you what to do but there were a lot of movies made when you were one year old or your parents hadn’t even met. Please watch them and tell Hollywood you don’t want AI.
