@IndesitUK @jlandpcustserv @jlandpartners Bought Indesit dishwasher from JLP with offer of free fairy tablets delivered in 30 days. Still waiting! Contacted indesit 3 times who said they r waiting for stock. Complained to JLP and told not their problem as indesit offer. Comments?

@jlandpcustserv We understand its an indesit offer we purchased from you and would expect your support as customers. We feel you are passing the buck. We bought it from you so expect you to take ownership of the issue. We feel let down and unlikely to shop with you in the future at the moment.

@IndesitUK @jlandpcustserv @jlandpartners We have. Twice by email and once by phone. We were promised a call back from a manager which we did not have. We feel you are in breach of the offer as it is way over 30 days and we keep being fobbed off. We are not the only ones. Trading standards is our next step. Not impressed
