I was today years old when I learned that driverless cars have had thousands of recalls associated with erratic driving and ignoring dangerous situations. They've also blocked emergency vehicles, passed stopped school buses at least 24 times while kids were getting off, and even struck a 9-year-old near an elementary school.

Yet they expand, and now want to operate in Washington, D.C.—even as the Federal Govt warns that these vehicles are not safe.

D.C. Council should take note—place people over profit & do not approve driverless cars until their safety issues are resolved.

Mega millionaires and billionaires are suing New York City over the pied-à-terre surcharge, which is a tax on the wealthiest New Yorkers who own second homes worth more than $5M. A tax that would fund programs for working people.

They are literally spending millions in legal fees so they don't have to pay slightly more in taxes on their SECOND HOMES THAT ARE WORTH MORE THAN $5M.
