HE Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Saleh Al Khulaifi held separate meetings on Thursday with HE Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay Mario Lubetkin, HE Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic Marie Chatardova, and HE Chairman of the Czech Parliament's Foreign Affairs, Defense and Security Committee Dr. Pavel Fischer, on the sidelines of the GLOBSEC Forum in Prague.

The meetings reviewed bilateral relations and explored ways to strengthen and expand cooperation, in addition to exchanging views on regional and international issues of mutual interest.

They also discussed regional developments, particularly the ceasefire between the United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran, as well as ongoing efforts to reduce tensions and promote stability.

HE the Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stressed the need of prioritizing dialogue and diplomacy in addressing crises and resolving conflicts, reaffirming Qatar's continued efforts to support de-escalation and advance stability at both regional and international levels.

اجتمع سعادة الدكتور محمد بن عبد العزيز بن صالح الخليفي، وزير الدولة بوزارة الخارجية، مع سعادة السيد ماريو لوبيتكين، وزير الخارجية بجمهورية الأوروغواي، وسعادة السيدة ماريا خادرودوفا، نائب وزير الخارجية بجمهورية التشيك، وسعادة الدكتور بافل فيشير، رئيس لجنة الشؤون الخارجية والدفاع والأمن في البرلمان بجمهورية التشيك، كل على حدة، وذلك على هامش منتدى غلوبسيك، الذي عقد اليوم في براغ.

جرى خلال الاجتماعات، استعراض علاقات التعاون وسبل دعمها وتعزيزها، وتبادل وجهات النظر حول عدد من القضايا الإقليمية والدولية ذات الاهتمام المشترك.

كما تناولت الاجتماعات، تطورات الأوضاع في المنطقة، لاسيما المتعلقة بوقف إطلاق النار بين الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية والجمهورية الإسلامية الإيرانية، والجهود المبذولة لخفض التصعيد وتعزيز الأمن والاستقرار.

وشدد سعادة وزير الدولة بوزارة الخارجية، خلال الاجتماعات، على أهمية تغليب الحوار والدبلوماسية لمعالجة الأزمات وتسوية النزاعات، مؤكداً مواصلة دولة قطر جهودها الداعمة لمسارات التهدئة وتعزيز الاستقرار على المستويين الإقليمي والدولي.

بيان | 6 دول عربية تجدد إدانتها للاعتداءات الإيرانية على عدد من دول المنطقة سواء كانت بشكل مباشر أو عبر وكلائها والفصائل المسلحة التي تدعمها

الدوحة | 25 مارس 2026

تجدد كل من دولة قطر ، ودولة الكويت، ودولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، ومملكة البحرين، والمملكة العربية السعودية ، والمملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، إدانتها بأشد العبارات للاعتداءات الإيرانية السافرة، التي تعد انتهاكاً صارخاً لسيادتها وسلامة أراضيها وللقانون الدولي والقانون الدولي الإنساني وميثاق الأمم المتحدة، سواء كانت بشكل مباشر أو عبر وكلائها والفصائل المسلحة التي تدعمها في المنطقة، وعلى وجه الخصوص الاعتداءات التي تشنها فصائل مسلحة موالية لإيران من جمهورية العراق على عدد من دول المنطقة ومنشآتها وبنيتها التحتية، مما يشكل خرقاً للقوانين والمواثيق الدولية، وانتهاكاً صارخاً لقرار مجلس الأمن رقم 2817 (2026) الذي يطالب صراحة بأن توقف إيران فوراً ودون قيد أو شرط أيَّ اعتداء أو تهديد للدول المجاورة، بما في ذلك استخدام الوكلاء.

وإذ تثمن الدول المنضمة لهذا البيان علاقتها الأخوية مع جمهورية العراق، فإنها تدعو الحكومة العراقية إلى اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لوقف الهجمات التي تشنها الفصائل، والميليشيات، والمجموعات المسلحة من أراضي جمهورية العراق نحو دول جواره بشكلٍ فوري، وذلك حفاظاً على العلاقات الأخوية، وتجنباً للمزيد من التصعيد.

وتعيد الدول المنضمة لهذا البيان التأكيد على حقها الكامل والأصيل في الدفاع عن النفس إزاء هذه الهجمات الإجرامية وفقاً لما نصت عليه المادة 51 من ميثاق الأمم المتحدة، التي تكفل حق الدفاع عن النفس للدول فردياً وجماعياً في حال تعرضها للعدوان، وحقها في اتخاذ كافة التدابير اللازمة التي تحفظ سيادتها وأمنها واستقرارها.

كما تدين الأعمال والأنشطة المزعزعة لأمن واستقرار دول المنطقة التي تخطط لها خلايا نائمة موالية لإيران وتنظيمات ارهابية ذات صلة بحزب الله، وتشيد بقواتها المسلحة الباسلة في التصدي لهذه الاعتداءات وبيقظة أجهزتها الأمنية التي تعتبر درعاً حصيناً وعيناً ساهرة للمحافظة على سلامة الأوطان والأرواح، وجهودها المخلصة والمتفانية بالقبض على هذه الخلايا العميلة والتنظيمات الإرهابية والكشف عن مخططاتهم الخبيثة.

بيان | قطر تعزي الإمارات في استشهاد متعاقد مدني في قواتها المسلحة خلال مهمة روتينية في البحرين إثر اعتداء إيراني

تعرب دولة قطر عن خالص تعازيها وصادق مواساتها لدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة الشقيقة، في استشهاد أحد المتعاقدين المدنيين في قواتها المسلحة، خلال مهمة روتينية في مملكة البحرين الشقيقة، إثر اعتداء صاروخي إيراني استهدف المملكة.

وتؤكد وزارة الخارجية، تضامن دولة قطر الكامل مع دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة ومملكة البحرين، ودعمها لكل ما تتخذانه من إجراءات للحفاظ على سيادتهما وأمنهما.

وتتقدم الوزارة بخالص تعازي دولة قطر إلى أسرة الشهيد، وتعرب عن تمنياتها بالشفاء العاجل للمصابين من منتسبي وزارة الدفاع الإماراتية وقوة دفاع البحرين.

Statement | Qatar Condemns Israeli Attack on Military Facilities in Southern Syria

Doha | 20 March 2026

The State of Qatar expresses its strong condemnation and denunciation of the Israeli attack targeting military facilities in the southern Syrian Arab Republic, considering it a flagrant violation of its sovereignty and a clear breach of international law and the Charter of the United Nations.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirms that the continuation of such practices in the region without deterrence reflects a serious disregard for international law and undermines the foundations of regional security and stability, noting in this regard that the international community's inability to curb and put an end to these violations has contributed to the worsening of the crisis facing the region.

The ministry reiterates the State of Qatar's firm position in standing alongside the sisterly Syrian Arab Republic, affirming its solidarity with its government and its support for all that would preserve its sovereignty and territorial integrity.

Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs @MBA_AlThani_ Receives Phone Call from EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs, Security Policy @kajakallas

HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani received a telephone call from HE EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission, Kaja Kallas.

During the call, the two sides discussed developments in the military escalation in the region and its serious repercussions on regional and international security and stability, as well as ways to resolve all disputes through peaceful means.

HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs reiterated his condemnation of the Iranian attacks on Qatari territory, stressing that they cannot be accepted under any justification or pretense. He pointed out that the State of Qatar has always been committed to refraining from regional conflicts and has sought to facilitate dialogue between the Iranian side and the international community.

His Excellency further stressed that the targeting of energy facilities by Iran constitutes a flagrant violation of the principles of international law and poses a serious threat to global energy security, the environment, and freedom of navigation. He underscored the need to spare the region the consequences of unjustified attacks and to work toward de-escalation to restore security and stability at both the regional and international levels.

For her part, HE the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission called for de-escalation, upholding the voice of reason, and returning to negotiations and diplomatic means to avoid further chaos.
