We’ve been saying for a while that NFTs are moving from speculation to volume. The numbers now confirm it.

🗓 In 2025, total NFT supply grew to ~1.34B tokens, up 25% YoY and more than 35× compared to 2021.

At the same time, demand didn’t follow:

✍️ #NFT sales fell to $5.63B, down 37% from 2024
✍️ Average sale price dropped to $96 (vs $124 last year, ~$400 in 2021–2022)

Market cap tells the same story. After peaking near $17B in 2022, total NFT capitalization declined to around $2.4B by the end of 2025

🔜 This is no longer a scarcity-driven market. It’s a high-volume, low-price environment where utility, distribution, and relevance matter more than mint counts.
