因为需要真实的场景和人物，之前我的工作流只是固定首尾帧，然后就是无尽的重新生成。说白了就是在一堆💩里挑一个稍微没那么烂的。不仅狂耗 Token，还极其消耗心力。
最近一直在琢磨怎么让 AI 视频“可控化”，实测了两个极大幅度提升出片率的经验，分享给还在烧钱抽卡的朋友：👇
1️⃣ “少于 300 字的提示词，做不出好视频”
这是从一位 AI 短剧大佬那里偷师的。我改变了策略：把首尾帧发给 Gemini，让它帮我一步步拆解，规范到每一秒钟的动作细节，写出至少 300 字以上的超详细提示词。实测发现，把细节喂饱后，AI 的生成效果好太多了！
2️⃣ 解决物品“凭空出现”的灵异事件
如果一个物品在首帧没有，但在尾帧里出现了，AI 是极容易错乱的，画���经常会表现得像凭空变魔术一样。
💡 避坑指南：必须加一个中间关键帧！明确交代这个东西是从哪里来的、是怎么掏出来的、具体的动作是什么。千万别让 AI 自己瞎脑补。
总结：AI 视频不能当盲盒玩，细节和中间过程的控制力才是王道。希望能帮大家省点 Token！🛠️

Generating realistic AI promo videos for software products is pure torture! 🤬
Since my product requires real-world scenes and real people, my old workflow was just setting the first and last frames and endlessly regenerating. Honestly? It was like digging through a pile of 💩 to find a clip that was slightly less awful. It burned through my tokens and my sanity.
I’ve been obsessed with making AI video generation more controllable. I recently tested two tricks that massively improved my output quality. Sharing them here so you can stop burning tokens on the AI slot machine: 👇
1️⃣ "You can't make a good video with a prompt under 300 words."
I learned this from an AI short-film creator and decided to pivot. Now, I feed the first and last frames to Gemini and have it break down the actions second by second, generating a 300+ word hyper-detailed prompt. Once the AI is fed enough details, the results are exponentially better!
2️⃣ Fixing the "magical materialization" glitch.
If an object appears in your last frame but wasn't in the first frame, the AI gets confused and just makes it pop into existence out of thin air.
💡 The Fix: You MUST add an intermediate keyframe! Explicitly describe where the object comes from, how it gets pulled out, and the exact physical motion. Never leave it up to the AI's imagination.
Summary: Stop treating AI video like a blind box. Granular details and intermediate frame control are the keys to success. Hope this saves your tokens! 🛠️

Following up on my last post... Tech is a double-edged sword. While AI video is a cheat code for business, there’s a dark side that genuinely terrifies me. 🚨

Look at the attached "kidnapping" image. Would you believe that scammers now only need ONE photo from your social media to let AI generate a flawless, dynamic video of you being held hostage?
If scammers send this hyper-realistic video to our parents to extort money, older folks would completely blank out in panic and wire the funds instantly.

The scariest part? We are only in the AI Video 2.0 era.
Imagine when models get smarter and real-time latency drops to zero. Scammers could literally "FaceTime" your parents. The screen will show your live face, your movements, and your exact voice. They would have no idea if they are talking to their kid or a string of malicious code.
We live online, so we know AI can "fabricate humans." But in our parents' minds, the rule of "seeing is believing" is deeply rooted. If we don't give them a heads-up, they are incredibly easy targets for this new wave of high-tech scams.

If you're reading this, please warn your parents tonight:
1️⃣ Seeing is NO LONGER believing! The person in the video might not be me.
2️⃣ Verify every "emergency"! If a video/voice call asks for money, hang up and dial my number directly, or let's set up a secret family "safe word" right now.

Tech is moving incredibly fast. While we sprint ahead, we need to look back and pull our parents along so they don't become victims of high-tech black markets. 🛡️

试想一下，等以后模型更强、延迟降到极低，骗子可能直接给你爸妈打“视频电话”！屏幕里是你活生生的脸，连声音语气都一模一样。他们根本不知道对面到底是真人，还是一串躲在暗处的代码。

最近在跑 TikTok 和 IG 的投流，顺手用了字节的 Seedance 做素材。跑着跑着，突然有一种被猛击一锤的“细思极恐”感。🤯
以前做生意的老规矩是：先做产品，再找客户。

不管是实体还是软件，都得先砸大钱开模、写代码。东西出来了，再去拍视频、投广告。万一市场不买单，前期的沉没成本能让人痛死。💸
但这几天用 AI 生成视频，我发现玩法完全变了。
AI 做的视频太逼真了。真到什么程度？我完全可以连产品的影子都没有，直接让 AI 生成 100 条极其逼真的“产品使用视频”，拿去跑投流赛马。🏇

哪条视频���了，评论区都在“求链接”了，我再转头去找工厂生产。等于直接把砸钱试错的环节砍掉了！
做软件/SaaS 也一样。
一行代码都不用写，直接用 AI 把产品界面、客户使用的爽感真真实实地“演”出来。拿这个沉浸式的视频去测转化，有人愿意掏钱了，咱们再真正动手开发。💻

以前老话说“眼见为实”，现在眼见真不一定为实了😂。
起初我以为 AI 只是为了省点拍摄费，但越想越觉得头皮发麻：AI 生成视频，正在彻底颠覆商业的底层逻辑。

Been running TikTok and IG ads lately, and I realized something terrifying about the future of business... 🤯

Just dropping a quick thought here. I’ve been using ByteDance’s Seedance to generate video creatives for my ad campaigns. While doing this, it hit me like a ton of bricks.
The old business playbook was always: Build the product first.
Whether it’s hardware or software, you spend a ton of money on R&D, coding, or manufacturing. THEN you shoot videos and run ads to find customers. If the market doesn't bite, your sunk costs are gone. It hurts. 💸

But AI completely flips the script.
These AI-generated videos are so hyper-realistic that I don't even need a physical product anymore. I can just generate 100 or 1,000 realistic product demo videos, run them as ads, and A/B test them.
Once a video goes viral and the comments are full of "Where can I buy this?!", THEN I go to a factory to actually manufacture it. 🏭
It’s the exact same for SaaS/software.
Zero lines of code written, but I can use AI to flawlessly "simulate" the UI and the user experience. Show that immersive video to potential clients, get their buy-in or pre-orders, and then start coding. 💻
We used to say "seeing is believing." Not anymore.

At first, I just thought AI was a great way to cut down video production costs. But the more I think about it, the crazier it gets. AI video generation is going to fundamentally disrupt the underlying logic of almost every industry.

🛑 Traditional business = "Manufacturing-led" (Heavy initial investment & high risk).
✅ Future business = "Low-cost scenario validation" (Test the market with AI, build only what sells).

When you can capture real market demand and get conversions before a product even exists, the entire game changes. 🚀
