@carolynz @vivianphung What helped me get better was noticing what other people did that made me feel better, and trying to incorporate more of that in my own actions. It wasn’t until later until I understood why it helped, and when.

Yesterday I was walking down the street in Toronto when someone chucked a glass bottle(?) at me behind my back. It landed less than a meter behind my feet, and I felt the glass shards hit my pants as it exploded.

Thankfully, I was unharmed.
