Empty Box：空盒子 | Steam Review Results & Future Release Plans

Dear Players,

Today, we'd like to share some important updates regarding 《Empty Box：空盒子》. 💜

Following the initial rejection of our game on Steam, we made adjustments to its content and submitted a request for a manual review.

Unfortunately, our appeal was ultimately unsuccessful.

After careful consideration, we have decided to accept Steam's decision. This means that the full version of 《Empty Box：空盒子》 will not be released on Steam.

We know that many of you have been looking forward to the Steam release, and some of you have been just as disappointed as we are. We're truly sorry, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding and continued support.

But please don't be too sad! We also have some good news to share! 💜

First, after further communication with Steam, we've confirmed that our team is still welcome to submit new, separate games for review!

With that in mind, we're planning to develop a brand-new spin-off game featuring the characters from 《Empty Box：空盒子》 (our planned DLC project), giving you another chance to meet familiar faces in a different story with new gameplay.

While this new project will still need to go through Steam's standard review process, we're happy that we have a new direction to move forward in!

We also have exciting news about DLsite!

The full version of 《Empty Box：空盒子》 has already been submitted to DLsite for review!

We hope everything goes smoothly so that even more players can experience our story through another platform. Please stay tuned for further updates!

Finally, there's something we'd like to say.

Although we've faced many unexpected challenges along the way, 《Empty Box：空盒子》 has finally made its way into your hands.

Seeing more and more players open this box, meet L, Saken, and Rinso, and share their experiences and thoughts with us has been one of the most rewarding parts of this entire journey.

One rejection doesn't mean the end of our story.

We'll keep creating, keep moving forward, and hopefully bring you even more exciting projects in the future.

So please don't be sad for us. We still have so many stories we want to share with you.
