I noticed that my biggest bottleneck was in the amount of action and volume of things I produce. I think taking action should be a priority that comes before planning, and analyzing. Those follow later.

I think focusing on the meta is as important as focusing at the skill itself. Like while you're working think about how you're thinking and approaching the problem, I guarantee you there are huge improvement to be made there that will actually compound.

first project post — been working on a system that analyzes existing pdfs, extracts their composition patterns and layout logic, then uses those as a blueprint for generation. structure stays consistent, content is fully dynamic.
