🆘 HOUSTON, THIS DOG NEEDS HELP NOW 🆘

A concerned citizen has been reporting this situation for over a week and has been making a nearly 2-hour commute every day to check on this dog.

According to reports, the dog is being left outside in extreme heat and is showing signs of distress, including excessive panting. Water that is placed outside quickly becomes extremely hot due to direct sun exposure, raising serious concerns about the dog's welfare and risk of heat-related illness.

This dog cannot speak for himself. The community's voice may be the only thing that gets him help.

Despite multiple reports, the SPCA has reportedly declined to intervene and has advised concerned callers to contact the Houston Police Department instead.

🚨Ohio Woman Free on Bond After Starving Three-Legged Dog Found in the Heat

A Warren, Ohio woman charged with animal cruelty after an emaciated dog was found lying in direct sunlight is now free on bond.

According to Warren Municipal Court records, 33-year-old Janiece Willoughby was arrested Tuesday, June 2, on two misdemeanor counts of animal cruelty, shortly after a warrant was issued for her arrest.

She has since been released on a $1,000 bond. Her arraignment is scheduled for Wednesday morning.

According to a call log, the person who found the dog initially believed the animal was dead.

The dog is currently recovering at the Healthy Hearts and Paws Project.
