@HawaiianAir service out of HNL to NRT is ridiculous. Self service check in counters don’t work. I can’t check in through the app for some reason and the line to check is 3+ hours long. Missing our flight and honeymoon and they’re not compensating us!!!

@HawaiianAir this line at HNL for flights to Japan today is absolutely horrendous. We’re all here three hours before the flight and still cannot check in our bags. Called reservation system and they said they cannot do anything or provide compensation.
