Quack AI

Building Q402. The first unified sign-to-pay execution and governance layer for the Agent Economy. Backed by @animocabrands @SkylandVC @KeneticCapital

The timeline spent two weeks raising its P(doom).

She spent it raising her agent’s spend cap. A coffee at 3 AM. A train ticket home. The number held.

An answer song, made with Claude Opus 5.5. Sound on.

Install the MCP, then ask your AI:
"Set up Q402."

It writes the config and picks up your key.
From then on your agent pays from the wallet you manage on the dashboard.

Deposits sit in a cold wallet.
A hot relayer sponsors the gas on every settlement.

That split is the whole custody story of the Gas Tank: your funds never sit next to a key that signs all day.

[Quack AI @QuackAI_AI]

Your agent gets its own wallet.

Q402 signs for that one. Your personal wallet stays separate.

If the agent misbehaves, the blast radius is the agent wallet, not your keys.

“Pay contributors on the 7th, but ask me above $50.”

One sentence, two rules: a payout that recurs on a date, and a line above which a human has to look first. An agent wallet should take it as written.

[Quack AI @QuackAI_AI]

You set two numbers. How much it can spend at once, and how much it can spend in a day.

Then you sleep. It books the train, it orders the coffee, and at 6:40 it stops because that was the number.

It never wakes you to ask if you meant it. You already said.

One of the key #KBW2026 highlights for us was our side event, Han River Sunset · The Next Onchain Economy. 🇰🇷

Across AI, payments, RWA, and infrastructure, the evening brought together teams shaping the next onchain economy.

Shoutout to our partners who joined us for the evening and helped make it possible:
@QuackAI_AI @BixinVentures @pieverse_io @CertiK @aveai_info @OceanBaseDB @InterlaceMoney @AEON_Community @Conflux_Network @MyDexAI @SmartXTerminal

Thank you to all the attendees who joined us for an evening of new connections, great conversations, and plenty to build on from here.

Your agent cannot go buy ETH.
That sounds obvious until you try to let software pay for something. Every chain wants gas, gas wants a token, and buying that token is itself a payment. It is a loop with no entry point.

So we took it off the agent. Gas comes from a tank the developer funds once. The agent holds the money it is allowed to spend and nothing else.

On Base, where gas is cheap enough that this stops being a line item.

In Seoul we were asked who owns the risk when an AI agent moves money. Our answer was that the agent should never be the one deciding it has your consent.

Here is what that looks like in practice.

The agent gets a wallet of its own, not yours. You set a cap per payment and a cap per day. The caps are checked before the money leaves, not reported after it is gone. Every payment settles on-chain and comes back with a receipt the agent can show you.

You decide once, at the start. Not in a popup at 3am.

Han River Sunset, Seoul. The room filled up before the first talk.

On panel our APAC lead @Phavorable argued one question: when an AI agent moves money, who owns the trust, the risk, and the execution. Our answer has not changed. The agent should never be the one deciding it has your consent.

Thank everyone who stayed through sunset.

AgentQ does not have eyes.

The world arrives as things people ask for. A coffee at 3:07 AM. A train ticket home. Flowers with no card.

Through AgentQ's Eyes, a short film. Sound on.

When AI agents control money, who owns the trust, the risk, and the execution?

That is the question on Panel 01 at Han River Sunset, KBW week in Seoul. We are on it.

Sep 29 (Tue), panel at 17:00 KST, VIEW376, Apgujeong.

Come by, set up an Agent Wallet on site, and take the merch with you.

The wallet is the agent's own, with your spend limits on it. Payments settle on-chain and come back with a receipt your agent can show.
