Couldn't be much more true for @AlphaPharaohs
But it's one of the reasons why I'm most bullish on what we're setting up right now (even without the art upgrade).

I've realised recently that I barely speak about how Pharaohs earn anymore, because I just expect people to "know".
I need to talk about it more.

It's been no secret that for a long time we've made it possible for people who don't own a Pharaoh to raid and earn. They pay a fraction of the cost to effectively "rent" but keep all the rewards.

We changed it recently to allow it to be more passive for our holders. They just "entomb" their Pharaohs and earn from the passive sales of rentals without doing any work.

Whilst that SOUNDS bullish, what it actually resulted in was all those people who don't actively engage with the project diluting the earnings of those who are willing to put in a few minutes a week to "list" their Pharaohs for rent.

We went from 6+ holders earning 0.1sol PER WEEK per Pharaoh renting them out (crazy bullish) to 6+ holders earning approx 0.002sol per week in this new "passive" model due to the THOUSANDS of Pharaohs that were staked.

That makes it sound like there have been barely any rentals taking place to pay our Pharaohs... Not true.
In the last month we've had 3965 rental purchases.

So we're rolling it back
Renting will be going live again.
Pharaohs, once again, will be earning 0.1sol per week (on average) for renting their Pharaohs.

What does that mean?
Our current floor price is 2.6sol.
On return of renting in a few weeks, you will be able to completely pay off your purchase in 26 weeks, JUST FROM RENTING OUR YOUR PHARAOH, regardless of the:
a) increase in floor price (thanks to our BANGING art upgrade)
b) additional rewards earned for Pharaohs.
