Just got laid off from my IRL job, the runway ran out us before we could get the sales to raise more funds. Longest job of my career happened to be at a startup. The food industry is brutal to get into, our product was dope, we just finally ran out of time after 5 years to get the sales needed to thrive. Not my first rodeo being laid off, but I can say, the race is on to find another job now before life becomes difficult. I'm a staff level mechanical engineer, especially strong in mechanical systems, in the San Francisco Bay Area, if anyone has leads, I'd be grateful. A strong network is the fastest way to be hired again.
