Girl to girl: study the patterns in your family. Look at what distracted, delayed, or derailed the women before you, then make intentional decisions to break those cycles.
refuse to be a victim of generational curses ❤️
One of my biggest dreams is to build a company that creates opportunities for women who started later than expected.
Internships and graduate trainee programs for women in their late 20s and 30s. Remote jobs for women in their 40s and 50s.
THIS NEEDS TO BE PRAYED OUT LOUD:
Father, I lay down every financial burden, every debt, every wrong decision, and every season of lack before You.
I surrender every mistake I have made financially and every opportunity I lost through ignorance, fear, delay, or disobedience.
Lord, by Your mercy, restore me.
Rebuild every area of my finances that has been broken.
Renew my mind concerning money, stewardship, and provision.
Where there has been dryness, let there be abundance.
Where there has been delay, let there be speed.
Where there has been struggle, let there be divine help.
Father, open doors no man can shut.
Give me wisdom to create, manage, and multiply resources.
Disconnect me from financial cycles of loss and frustration.
I decree that lack will not define my future.
I will not drown in debt.
I will not live in fear concerning provision.
Jehovah Jireh, arise and show Yourself strong in my life.
Let restoration locate my finances, my business, my work, and my household.
What took years to lose, restore by Your power.
Give me grace to recover, rebuild, and rise again.
In Jesus’ Mighty Name, Amen.

This is Dammy (Damilola) Feyide. She was in her 20s when she returned from the UK to Nigeria in 2017, ready to complete her NYSC and likely head back abroad. But today, the story is completely different.
What started as a one-year service term became a lifelong mission. One afternoon, a nudge from the Holy Spirit caused her to stop her car at a correctional center. She didn't see "criminals" or "street kids"; she saw a reflection of Jesus’ heart. She saw children with doctor-sized dreams living in paint-starved realities.
She started by giving money to children on the street and going to the correctional facility with gifts, but the Holy Spirit kept convincing her that there was more. That conviction led to the birth of Let It Shine Academy (LISA), a FREE boarding school for secondary school students in Lagos, Nigeria.
About 270 students are enrolled in her school. No tuition fee, no hostel fee, no feeding fee, no uniform fee, no textbook fee, everything is provided for free. A standard private secondary school for free in Lagos.
In a society where many children are pushed to the margins because of poverty, instability, family background, or lack of access, she chose to create a place where children can still dream, learn, grow, eat, create, think, and become who God wants them to be.
Today, LISA is a beacon of high-quality, completely free education. While the foundation is built on Christ’s love, the school is filled with children of all religions.
As I shared with my sisters Grow Her Faith Fellowship last week, faith isn’t a wall to keep people out; it’s a bridge that invites everyone in. When we serve, we don’t ask for a creed; we look for a need.
We often ask ourselves, "What is the meaning of life?" The answer isn't found in the degrees we earn or the titles we hold. The whole essence of man is to live for impact. We are stewards, not owners, of the grace we've been given. If your life doesn't leak hope into someone else’s darkness, are you truly living?
Impact isn't about having it all figured out. Dammy didn't have a background in education; she just had a "Yes" and a God who backs those He sends.
I love women who live beyond applause, who are not just building names, but building lives. Women who are not waiting for perfect conditions before they begin, women who understand that purpose is not always glamorous.
Dammy’s work reminds me again that impact is not about how many people know your name. It is about how many lives breathe better because you obeyed what was placed in your heart.
Education is one of the purest forms of impact. When you educate a child, you change their language, their exposure, their confidence, their options, their family story, and sometimes, the direction of an entire generation.
That is why I will always be drawn to people who build in this space, because clarity helps people see, education helps people rise, and impact helps people live better.
Dammy carries all three with conviction. I believe she deserves to be celebrated.
Today, I celebrate Damilola “Dammy” Feyide, for choosing to be a bridge between disadvantage and dignity, between “someone should do something” and “I will start where I am.”
May we never become so busy chasing visibility that we forget the beauty of living for impact, and may more women rise with the courage to build what they wish existed.
Let this be your stir to action: Stop waiting for the perfect timing or the full bank account. Go where the burden is, go where the heart breaks. Just as Dammy shows us, you won't know how deep the well of Grace is until you start pouring it out for others.
Dear Dammy, keep living purposefully and intentionally; the heavens are documenting your impact.

One thing about God? He will pull you out of a situation you created with your own decisions… and still hold you like you never disappointed Him. I don’t understand that kind of love 😭😭😭
I borrowed an umbrella from my Airbnb host in Kyoto. I forgot to return it when I checked out, and realized when I was already on the train to Osaka.
I felt terrible. It was a nice umbrella, not a cheap one. I messaged the host apologizing.
She responded: "No problem! Enjoy the umbrella. It's yours now."
I said I'd mail it back. She said "please don't. Postage costs more than an umbrella. Just use it and think of Kyoto when it rains."
I insisted I wanted to return it. She said "okay, but I have a different idea. Next time you see someone who needs an umbrella and doesn't have one, give them this umbrella. Tell them to do the same when they are finished with it. Maybe an umbrella travels all around Japan helping people."
That idea was so beautiful I agreed.
Two weeks later I was in Hiroshima and it started pouring. A woman with a baby was standing under an awning looking stressed. No umbrella, the baby was crying.
I walked over and gave her the umbrella. Told her the story in broken Japanese. She understood enough.
She tried to refuse but I insisted. Told her "when you're done with it, give it to someone else who needs it."
She nodded, said thank you about ten times, and hurried off with her baby.
I got soaked walking back to my hotel but felt good about it.
Sometimes I wonder where that umbrella is now. Hope it's still traveling, still helping people.
If you are praying about finances and debts, stop praying empty words… pray scriptures.
God is not moved by complaints—He responds to His Word.
Many people say: “God, I need money…
But heaven responds when you pray what God has already said.
When you pray scriptures, you are not begging… you are standing on covenant.
Look at this 👇
📖 “The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.” (Psalm 23:1)
➡️ “Father, You are my Shepherd. Therefore, I lack nothing. Everything I need is already provided for me.”
📖 “My God shall supply all my needs according to His riches in glory…” (Philippians 4:19)
➡️ “Lord, You are my source—not my job, not people. I declare that all my needs are supplied. I will not lack.”
📖 “You shall lend to many nations and not borrow…” (Deuteronomy 28:12)
➡️ “Father, I receive grace to come out of debt. I refuse to live in borrowing. I am a lender and not a borrower in Jesus’ name!”
📖 “It is He who gives you power to get wealth…” (Deuteronomy 8:18)
➡️ “Lord, release upon me ideas, strategies, and opportunities. I receive the power to create wealth.”
📖 “The plans of the diligent lead surely to plenty…” (Proverbs 21:5)
➡️ “Give me discipline and wisdom. My financial decisions will lead to abundance and not loss.”
📖 “Give, and it will be given to you…” (Luke 6:38)
➡️ “Father, make me a giver. As I give, I receive abundance—pressed down, shaken together, and running over.”
Now hear this…
You will never pray amiss when you pray scriptures.
Stop approaching God like a beggar…
Approach Him like a son who knows what is written.
You are not trying to convince God to bless you—
You are aligning yourself with what He has already spoken.
🔥 Speak supply
🔥 Speak wisdom
🔥 Speak discipline
🔥 Speak increase
🔥 Speak freedom from debt
And as you consistently declare His Word, your life will begin to reflect it.
Stop crying about money…
Start declaring the Word.

Men and women don’t fall in love the same way.. and that’s exactly why it’s so complicated, and so beautiful.
A woman often falls in love through ‘consistency’. It’s the little things. The good morning texts. The way you show up when you said you would. The feeling of safety, of being chosen again and again without having to question it.
A man often falls in love through ‘experience’. It’s how he feels around you. The peace. The admiration. The sense that he can be himself without being judged, and still be respected.
She listens for effort.
He feels for peace.
She needs emotional security to open up.
He needs emotional acceptance to stay open.
And here’s where it gets messy.. When she doesn’t feel consistency, she pulls back. When he feels pressure instead of peace, he pulls away.
So both people end up protecting themselves… instead of understanding each other.
Love isn’t about who loves “harder”It’s about learning how the other person loves and meeting them there.
Because the right connection isn’t confusing. It’s two people choosing to understand each other, even when it’s easier not to.
And when that happens?
It doesn’t feel like guessing.
It feels like home.
I can't explain a story to someone without telling them multiple stories within that story.
I need you to have context and that context needs more context 😂😭
