@lisacrispin @DanAshby04 To your question @lisacrispin ...way I have tackled this is to look at cycle time i.e. how much time it is taking a unit of work (can be a story) to solve a business problem to actually be delivered to requestor (prod)..all the internal steps(dev/test) are meaningless in the end
