Raffensberger had a responsibility to tell the Truth, Explain, Claify, about the 11,780 votes. He did not. Trump is clearly asking him to find 11,780 "corrupt" Biden votes and disqualify them, NOT TRUMP VOTES. He just sat there and said that there were no more votes to be found.
