The final activity of the day we had the QI team, library services and clinical audit team to share information on their services.

Next on the agenda we have Katie Young from the British Society of Echocardiology presenting their project on achieving BSE departmental accreditation in both tranthoraic echocardiography and training.

Next on the agenda we have Beth and Gemma from Maternity. Their project was to increase the percentage of women self referred to the team at 9+6 from 12% to 70%

Next to present we have Sohaib Mahmood, Sohiaib shares his project around the introduction of a Cardiac Resynchronisation Therapy optimisation clinic

Next on the agenda we have the physio and occupational therapy team from ward 24. Temi shares their improvement project around increasing patients discharge mobility score. A higher score indicates a reduced level of support required on discharge.

Next on the agenda we have Rachel Jones from Critical Care presenting their project 'Ted in a Bed' this is an improvement project on providing support for children and families in critical care and at end of life.
