Autism is not something to fix, it is a different way of experiencing the world.
Some of the most creative, passionate, and brilliant minds known are autistic.
Today, on World Autism Day, let’s not just ‘raise awareness’, let’s listen, learn, and create spaces where autistic people do not have to mask who they are to belong.
Because different is not less. It is just different, and that’s something to celebrate.

Want to build a thriving team? Start with this one habit.
Great leaders check in, not just check up.
Instead of only focusing on tasks and deadlines this Monday, ask your team:
How are you feeling?
What do you need this week?
How can I support you?
Great leaders do not just manage people, they empower them.
They don’t hire resumes; they hire potential. They don’t just see what is in front of them; they see what could be.
The difference between an average leader and a great one?
The ability to spot, nurture, and believe in talent before it’s fully realised.
Your team’s success is not merely about who they are today, it is mostly about who they can become with the right support.
Build them up, and they will build your company.
Culture fit sounds great, until it becomes an excuse for sameness.
Hiring for “culture fit” often means hiring people who think, act, and work the same way. But is that really what drives innovation, creativity, and retention?
The truth is, great organisations do not thrive on uniformity because they grow through culture add, where different perspectives challenge and strengthen teams.
So, If you are struggling with retention, ask yourself: Are you hiring for comfort, or for progress?

AI has the potential to revolutionise hiring, but only if we build it with inclusion in mind.
Right now, many AI-driven systems filter out talented individuals simply because they don’t fit traditional patterns.
AI is not inherently biased, but if it is trained with equity and inclusion in mind, it can unlock hidden talent and create more opportunities than ever before.
What other ways do you think AI can drive inclusive hiring?
