@Mazda_SA
I communicated with Mazda Barloworld, PMB on the 10th of August 2022. The dealership have advised me to take my car to Mazda PE for assessment after I have complained that the car is discharging petrol on the side of the petrol tank, heavy leakage.
@Mazda_SA Considering the fact that you are now taking advantage of me, I demand that Mazda pays me back for the petrol lost during the leakage. I will attach all the petrol slips.
I could not leave my car at Mazda Port Elizabeth because they have failed to give me a definite time to work on the car. I am also not comfortable leaving my car at any Mazda dealership overnight(s) because of my past experience with them. @Mazda_SA
@Mazda_SA
They requested that I leave the car overnight, until they get an opening. Bear in mind that there was no communication during the day from Mazda Port Elizabeth to allow me to make transport arrangements from work to my place.
I was told that on conditions that there was an opening they would see to my car. Please be advised Mazda is not doing me a favour by fixing their negligence. The car is still on a service warranty and I am paying for this service.
On the morning of the 22nd of August 2022 , I booked the car for assessment at Mazda Port Elizabeth. When I came to fetch the car at 17h00 in the afternoon, I learnt that they have not attempted to work on the car
@Mazda_SA
I could not take the car back to Mazda Barloworld as Sunday falls out of their business operating hours. I had a legal obligation to report to Port Elizabeth on the 08th of August 2022 which resulted in me driving with a heavy leaking petrol tank.
@Mazda_SA I have learnt of this incident on the 07th of August 2022, as I was at a petrol station in Pietermaritzburg (KwaZu-Natal) preparing to leave for Port Elizabeth (Eastern Cape)

Mr President @CyrilRamaphosa you mentioned ‘radical change’. May we please see such change being demonstrated in the KZN Department of Health Pharmacists recruitment process.
