@HiltonHotels got offered 30K pts, and was told that's all Hilton can compensate, for the loss of 2 days of work, the whole business trip (traveling from SF to London), and being sick for 2 days. Plus sleeping on a couch in the public area of a Hilton hotel (see pics).

@HiltonHotels I had to sleep on a couch in @HiltonEuston clubroom 06/28 since they didn't have a room I booked months in advance for a business trip (they kept lying to me they were looking for another room until 2am). Sick for 2 days (took time off) in London. Called Hilton 4x.
