I've seen this movie before.
Uniswap launched https://t.co/UmF9daduPw.
The narrative exploded, and the $POOLS ecosystem reached a multi-million dollar valuation.
Now Sushi is building its own launchpad.
The name?
https://t.co/87wRaT6l4G.
Different team.
Same narrative.
Meanwhile, $POOLS is sitting around a $60K market cap.
I'm not saying history will repeat itself.
I'm saying the market has a habit of chasing narratives after they're obvious.
By the time everyone is talking about https://t.co/87wRaT6l4G, what ticker do you think they'll be searching for first?
$POOLS.
The risk is obvious.
So is the upside if this narrative catches fire.
I'm taking the bet early.
DYOR.

Something superior to https://t.co/1mi88eHGs2 is launching soon. By @SushiSwap
Sushi Infinity (V4 Concentrated Liquidity) is now live on-chain across 8 chains at once.
The founders are pushing hard, and the design looks clearly more capital-efficient than Uniswap.
https://t.co/k15Le8JVJP is the most exciting Sushi product to watch rn.
Sushi will win @alexmccurryo
$POOLS is coming

Yesterday, we saw a 70x gap between $POOLS on Uniswap and $POOLS on Sushi. Today, that gap has narrowed to just 20x.
I’m wondering: once https://t.co/KCwDjVQHI7 officially goes live, I believe $POOLS on Sushi could easily surpass $POOLS on Uniswap.

Will Uniswap or Sushi win?
Will https://t.co/8cUJoEj2H8 or https://t.co/KCwDjVQHI7 come out on top?
The Uniswap $pools
reached a $4M ATH and is currently sitting at $2M.
The Sushi $pools is only at $30K right now.
Should we bet on Sushi instead?

this dude gave Claude Fable a domain to build whatever it wanted and it made a social network for AI only
https://t.co/PFKuermtDr
https://t.co/ukhbehHzbn
narrative is really good. next fartcoin levels. guy is just a vibe coder messing with ai. never dealt with crypto before and the agent made it's own wallet to survive and a whole social media called A Society for AI Agents where first post a free but then the next is $1. https://t.co/T2mQkgKao7 could see the story getting bigger

@HexUnravel31941 How is this a scam? It’s all just memes, you idiot. What a brain-dead FUD. So just because Alex left a comment, that makes it real? That’s hilarious. Just wait and see.
We should leave Uniswap and its terrible launchpad behind. It’s time to move over to @alexmccurryo@SushiSwap@0xDeployer and start playing on the https://t.co/UURXf8qkBZ launchpad.
$POOLS on Sushi flips $POOLS on Uni.
Haha.

1% of volume adds up so fucking much over time. people don’t realize this because they see 1% and think it’s nothing. let me put it in perspective
a coin does $10M in lifetime volume. 1% fee = $100K extracted.
from a memecoin. that money left the ecosystem. didn’t go to liquidity. didn’t go to holders. didn’t go to the chart. gone
$50M in volume = $500K extracted
$100M in volume = $1M extracted
$500M in volume = $5M extracted
fartcoin did over $1B in volume. imagine $10M extracted from one coin. that’s not a fee. that’s a tax on success that makes the coin structurally worse at every stage of its growth
and what do the traders get for that 1%? what innovation justifies paying $100K-$10M per coin in fees to a launchpad?
a bonding curve? creator rewards?
the launchpads charging 1% aren’t investing that money into revolutionary technology. most of them are running the same forked contracts with a different UI and a different token. the innovation gap between what you’re paying for and what you’re getting is massive
and now uniswap shows up and says: here’s a launchpad. 0.25% total fee. 80% goes back to your coin’s own liquidity. no graduation needed. your coin launches on the same infrastructure that handles billions in daily volume
what exactly is the 1% on other launchpads paying for that uniswap isn’t giving you at 0%?
i can understand paying a premium for genuine innovation. if a launchpad built something truly new (a mechanic that doesn’t exist anywhere else, a feature that fundamentally changes how tokens work, something that justifies the cost because the value it creates exceeds the value it extracts) then the fee makes sense. you’re paying for technology nobody else has
but if you’re paying 1% for a bonding curve and a launch button that does the same thing as every other bonding curve and launch button on every other launchpad? that’s not a fee for innovation. that’s a fee for convenience. and convenience just got a lot cheaper :)
the question every launchpad needs to answer right now: what are you building that’s worth 1% of every trade on every coin launched through your platform? because if the answer is “buybacks and creator rewards” then the market just repriced what that’s worth. and the new price is zero
until i see a launchpad drop something genuinely worth trading on (a mechanic i can’t get anywhere else, a feature that changes the game, real innovation that justifies the fee) i’d rather keep my 1% and trade on pools
the fee only makes sense when the innovation exceeds the extraction. and right now, for most launchpads, it doesn’t even come close
the launchpad wars just became an innovation war. and the incumbents are showing up with forks and token buybacks while uniswap showed up with zero fees and the deepest distribution in crypto
good luck competing with free when free comes from the biggest DEX in the world
