A jellyfish has no brain. For over 500 million years it has sensed the world and steered through it with a net of nerves, and no single cell is in charge.

Quantum Jellyfish is a simulated jellyfish whose whole decision is one qubit. Until it is measured, it sits in two places at once. Every 16 seconds, or the moment you click it, the state is measured, collapses to one outcome by the Born rule, and the jellyfish moves to where the measurement says. You can watch the Bloch sphere that drives it, live.

We made it because both ideas are real and almost nobody has watched them together: an animal that decides with no brain, and a quantum state that stays undecided until it is observed. This is the clearest picture of both we could build, and you can poke it.

It is a one-qubit simulation running in your browser. It is not a real quantum computer, and nothing on this page uses live chain data.
