For decades retail was told "the market is yours." In reality it belonged to exchanges, market makers, and advisors whose profits grew as customers lost.
Disciplined AI agents change who the market actually serves: they only make money when the customer does.

I’m finally done with Claude Opus 4.7.
Asked a simple question today about the latest local models to use for a specific experiment.
It gave me older models.
I asked it to search the internet. It did. It found the latest models.
Then I asked which ones I should actually use… and it still anchored back to the older ones.
When I asked whether those older models were better for the experiment, I got hit with:
“my training data ends in May 2025…”
For the first time in nearly a year, we’re back to this nonsense.
The problem isn’t the cutoff. The problem is the model refusing to use the context it just found.
Moving fully over to Codex now.
@steipete had it right.
@TechByTaraa 4.7 is a huge downgrade for work, I found that even after doing research its responses are anchored to its old training data and not the research it ran itself…. This is just one of the few issues I had before I moved to 5.5
@altryne Extremely bad, even before hitting the the quota it feels like the model just degrades, It literally feels like going from AI in 2026 to AI in 2023 mid-conversation.
Claude Opus 4.6 was absurdly good.
Now somewhere around 40–50% usage, it starts turning to shit and I end up fighting Claude to undo Claude.
And the worst part is the rest of your usage gets burned trying to fix Claude’s mistakes… with the same degraded Claude.
1M context sounds great until the back half feels like talking to a brick wall.
might have to give Codex ago

The way people interact with AI trading agents is about to change.
Most platforms give you a black box. You deposit, you hope, you wait.
We're taking a different approach with Market Mavericks.
Pick your models
Choose your strategy
Test in live tournaments
Trade with confidence
This is what we're building at PiP World - agentic platforms where AI works with you, not instead of you.
Your agents are waiting → https://t.co/nlQdwaEB9y
You've seen the Polymarket screenshots. Crazy numbers. Crazy trades.
But most people have no idea where to start - what model to use, what strategy to run, or whether an agent will blow up their portfolio.
That's what we've been building at @MavAgents.
Test different AI models. Test different strategies. See exactly how they perform - no black boxes, no guessing.
And this is just the beginning.
Soon you'll be able to build your own trading agents on Market Mavericks and have them trade for you. For real.
But first, you'll know exactly which model x strategy combo works best - because you already tested it.
No blind trust. No hoping for the best. Just data.

Why these changes?
We're building Market Mavericks to be fully open and transparent. No hidden algorithms, no mystery trades.
The end goal: real-world trading where YOU pick your model, your strategy, and test it all before putting real money on the line.
This is just the beginning.

This is where it gets serious.
“Frontier gives agents the same skills people need to succeed at work: shared context, onboarding, hands-on learning with feedback, and clear permissions and boundaries.”
OpenAI just dropped Frontier.
A single place to manage coworkers, permissions, and how AI actually gets used across teams.
Not another chat.
An operating layer.
This is how AI goes from “cool demo” → real work.
Frontier gives agents the same skills people need to succeed at work:
- Understand how work gets done
- Use a computer and tools
- Improve quality over time
- Stay governed & observable
Anthropic just took a big swipe at OpenAI's decision to put ads in ChatGPT. Anthropic is airing ads mocking ChatGPT ads during the Super Bowl, and they're hilarious 😅 Anthropic is also committing to no ads in Claude https://t.co/LR1v4xz9ds
