PCB’s job is to provide the facilities, structure and opportunities. But when largely the same group of players has been playing for the last five years and still fails to perform consistently, how can every defeat be blamed on the PCB?

At some point, the players themselves have to take responsibility for their performances. You cannot keep calling it “the destruction of Pakistan cricket” by officials while completely ignoring repeated failures on the field.
