Hi. I’m Tom.

I got diagnosed with ADHD at 44—ASI 6, highest severity.

But when the diagnosis landed, something didn’t sit right.

The words deficit and disorder didn’t match how I felt about my brain.

So I’m tearing off the clinical label and calling it what it is—for me:

Quantum Cognition.

It took me 25 years to get a diagnosis because of this and the friction of actually get a specialist appointment.

When I showed up - I hadnt filled in forms required and had to beg them saying it was 25 years just to get in the door.

How do you have prework for ADHD consult? I told them if you show up with paperwork completed - you may not have ADHD :)
